Data Office Support Analyst
Summary:
The Data Office Support Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for support, adoption, and operational enablement of data products, data services, and third-party solutions within the firms Data Office ecosystem. The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Category Managers, Data Office teams, Technology teams, Vendors, and end users to support product adoption, operational excellence, and a seamless user experience.
The role requires solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, along with an interest in data, emerging AI technologies, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will support business users,
contribute to product adoption, and help drive the successful delivery of strategic data initiatives.
Opportunity Description:
As a Data Office Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enabling the firms data product ecosystem. You will work closely with a broad network of stakeholders including business users, vendors, technology teams, and product leaders to ensure effective product support, successful onboarding of new solutions, and strong user adoption.
You will help users navigate data products and third-party solutions, coordinate communications and change management activities, support product launches, and contribute to operational excellence through process improvements and knowledge management initiatives.
