Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Program Management, particularly in Scrum and Agile methodologies. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members in Agile practices and project management methodologies.
