Bengaluru Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions
- Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
- Design and implement content structures aligned with business and marketing needs
- Integrate AEM with commerce platforms, analytics tools, and backend enterprise systems
- Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Manage content authoring, publishing workflows, and governance standards
- Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and backend teams
- Support AEM deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Act as a subject-matter expert for AEM architecture and implementation
- Mentor junior AEM developers and contribute to technical best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in digital experience delivery

Requirements




- Experience in AEM development and implementation
- Strong hands-on expertise with AEM Sites, components, templates, and workflows
- Solid experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi frameworks
- Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems and third-party tools
- Understanding of content management, personalization, and digital experience strategies
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support enterprise-scale AEM implementations
