Job Summary
KEY Responsibilities:

● Responsible for handling project/retails business operations for the South Region
● Manage decision making & strategic operations for the circle devise strategic growth plan for
revenue and facilitate deep client relationships, sustain growth and higher profitability
● Ensure market penetration to increase in market share and for managing the profitability of a given
area
● Tracking, analyzing & strategizing on market data to make market specific products promotion and
enhance product visibility
● Own the Sales Targets and along with a concrete sale plan and pipeline. Meet Monthly/
Quarterly/Yearly targets of customer meetings and sales targets. Also, Payment recollection
● Identify, Engage and Tie-up with Influencers, project managers to grow the sales of the company’s
products in the assigned territory
● Establish robust, productive, and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and
external partners




● Devising new and creative strategies to achieve Sales Targets
● Develop, maintain and improve relationships with Key Accounts and the Team Portfolio
● Prepare the Business Reports in sync with Management ask and reporting frequency
● Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
● Demonstrate a commitment to professional and self-development

Requirements
​Skill Requirements:​
​●​ ​At least 1-2 years of B2B or Project sales experience in water solutions, sanitary, bathroom fittings,​
​tiles & granite, etc.​
​●​ ​It’s a Client facing role, hence need to be a good communicator & negotiator ​
​●​ ​Must have a good understanding of interior solutions and a fast learner to stay updated in this​
​segment and presentable​
