What You'll Do

✅ Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, delivery, recruiting, and sales functions

✅ Build and execute large-scale campus hiring programs for fresh graduates

✅ Drive employer branding initiatives, career fairs, walk-ins, hackathons, and hiring events

✅ Track recruiting metrics and provide market intelligence to drive better hiring decisions

What We're Looking For

? 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

? Robust experience hiring technical, delivery, recruiting, or sales talent

? Proven success with campus hiring and early talent programs

? Experience influencing stakeholders and leading hiring strategies at scale
