About The Role
If you're a storyteller, a builder, and want to be fully immersed in a product that's moving quick and making an impact, we want to hear from you As a Product Manager at HeyMarvin, your primary objective is to build the right solutions for your users. The best candidate will take full ownership of their pod's priorities, working closely with engineers and designers to plan sprints, set goals, and ensure the team is always two steps ahead. Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and sprint planning for your pod.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Ship smaller features within your first 30 days; quickly ramp up to deliver sprint-on-sprint improvements.
- Continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
- Present product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to build, test, and optimize initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2.5–3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or startup environments. Experience in smaller or medium-sized startups is highly valued.
