Operations Executive (Travel Department)

We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations for domestic and international tour packages.

Key Responsibilities

Handle booking confirmations for hotels, transport, flights, and sightseeing
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal sales teams
Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
Manage on-tour coordination and resolve guest issues




Ensure smooth execution of group and FIT packages
Maintain operations records and MIS

Eligibility & Skills

1–4 years of experience in travel operations
Knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Solid coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with hotel booking systems and vendor handling
