1) Responsible for GL closing and reporting. Timely closure of books of Accounts of the entities and reporting on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.2) Ensure Journal entries/ provisions are posted on monthly basis for key items on P&L; and B/S3) Control & Review General Ledger Accounting including maintenance and control over chart of accounts4) Ensure implementation of recent accounting policies / standards as per IND AS & IFRS5) Ensure fiscal reviews on a monthly basis with the Record to report Head ,



Corporate Financial controller & Monthly balance sheet reviews6) Review and Finalization of Statutory Financials quarterly as per IND AS:a. Facilitating audit by the External Auditors (statutory and group audit)b. Preparation of Financial Statements as per Sch III of the Companies Act 2013c. Collaborate with business teams to close the Audit open pointsd. Responsible for getting the Accounts Audited by External Auditorse. Handling preparation for Board meeting related deliverables with reference to Financial Accounts7) Month end closing activities as per financial closing cockpita. Planning the monthly closing activities, Co-ordination with various teams from the LEb. Ensure all sub-ledgers are closed on time after posting of all entriesc.
