Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management, with a focus on technical projects. They should have experience of managing software development projects, and should be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage software development projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
Develop project scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
Manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and technical specifications.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including staffing, procurement, and vendor management.




Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Conduct project post-mortems and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on software development projects.
Proven experience in managing software development projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and mitigate potential issues.
