Strong technical Background with hands-on experience in software implementation or development.
Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools or agents in software implementation / development
Strong communication and executive presence, with experience working directly with US and EU-based clients across seniority levels, including C-suite stakeholders
Client relationship - Experienced to build and sustain long-term client relationships and manage expectations.
Leadership skills - Experience building and scaling delivery teams, including hiring, leveling, and performance management
Portfolio Management - Ability to oversee multiple concurrent client engagements or workstreams, balancing priorities, resources, and delivery timelines without losing quality.




Process - Process-oriented mindset with a track record of establishing and enforcing quality standards, delivery frameworks, and engineering best practices across teams.
