C. Key Result Areas

Company/ Sector Research & Analysis

· Collecting and evaluating financial data for a sector and/or company and study economic trends and developments in stock markets.

· Conducting a business analysis of companies in respective sectors from time to time and, identify, access and monitor key risks.

· Attend earnings calls, conduct channel checks, and participate in management meetings/site visit to assess companies.

· Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and assess valuation metrics for investments.





· Generation of current investment ideas.

Facilitate the Fund manager

· Make investment recommendations to the Fund Managers.

Networking with Industry Participants

· Developing a rapport with senior management and investor relation executives of companies under coverage as well as other industry participants.

Risk

· Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.

MBA from a reputed (Tier I) Institute/CA

Experience

3-5 years experience in equity research
