About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in HR and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn recruitment processes, communication skills, and talent acquisition strategies in the IT industry.

Candidates who perform well during the 6-month training period will be considered for permanent placement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Understand IT recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback




Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Learn basic HR operations and onboarding coordination
Build professional communication and stakeholder management skills
Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employee engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / PGDM or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing
Passion for working in a fast-paced IT environment
