What You'll Build
Develop and improve Kshm’s website and digital products.
Build fast, responsive, and scalable applications across the frontend and backend.
Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
Integrate APIs, payment gateways, shipping partners, and internal business tools.
Improve website speed, performance, and customer experience.
Own features from idea to deployment.
Write clean, maintainable code that scales as we grow.
Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to build.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience building web applications.
Solid experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Comfortable working with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern web architecture.
Experience with Git and deployment workflows.
Someone who enjoys ownership, moves quickly, and cares about quality.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
Worked with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
Built integrations with payment gateways, CRMs, or third-party tools.
An eye for performance, user experience, and clean engineering.
