About the Role

As a Sales Operations Intern at Navaan, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by managing essential backend operations. You will be responsible for creating customised sales proposals based on prospect requirements, maintaining and nurturing lead databases, and ensuring that our sales team has the resources and information needed to engage prospects effectively.




This role requires someone who can think critically, communicate professionally through written content, and use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity. You'll work closely with the sales team to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Create tailored proposals and presentations based on each prospect's business requirements and objectives.
Maintain, organise, and nurture lead lists to ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
Conduct research on prospects, industries, and companies to support the sales process.
Assist in preparing sales documents, presentations, and other client-facing collateral.
Use AI tools to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of proposal creation and sales documentation.
Design clean and professional presentations or proposal documents using Canva.
