Primary Objective
Design and develop automotive systems and components using CATIA V5 with focus on Vehicle Integration, Chassis,
Suspension and Powertrain Packaging
Develop should-cost models, drive value engineering and cost reduction initiatives through data-driven analysis
Lead automotive engineering projects, manage delivery, customer engagement, resources, risks and project execution
Key Responsibilities
Part Modeling, Assembly & Detailing using CATIA V5
Develop and maintain Should Cost Models
Lead a team of 10–12 engineers for project delivery
Vehicle Integration and Packaging Studies
Analyze cost drivers and identify cost reduction opportunities
Define project plans, schedules and milestones
Master Sections and Concept Development
Supplier cost evaluation and negotiations
Drive project health monitoring and governance
Engineering Drawing Interpretation and GD&T; Application
Manufacturing and material cost analysis
Manage stakeholder and customer expectations
Chassis, Suspension and Powertrain Packaging Design
