The SD MM consultant is responsible for the design, configuration and deployment of SAP SD and MM solutions. The role ensures end-to-end implementation, supporting global template roll outs, and optimizing business processes through effective stakeholder collaboration, fit-to-standard approaches, and seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure and deploy SAP SD and MM solutions, including extensive configuration (SPRO) across key processes.
Ensure end-to-end implementations, support, and global template roll outs, across multiple regions and business units.
Configure processes in SD (pricing, billing, shipping, partner determination, credit management) and MM (procurement, inventory, valuation, release strategies).
Drive discussions with business stakeholders and translating requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Perform fit-gap analysis and align solutions with SAP best practices towards a fit-to-standard approach.
Integrate SD/MM with FI/CO, WM/EWM, and PP for seamless end-to-end process flows.
Manage configuration, SIT/UAT testing,

Assist with data migration (Migration Cockpit/LSMW) and master data management
Stakeholder management and leading solution design and process improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
Hands on experience with SAP SD and MM.
Hands on experience in Integrating SD/MM with FI/CO, WW/EWM and PP.
Experience in configuration, SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution and production support.
Technical understanding of IDocs, EDI, APIs, middleware (SAP CPI/PI/PO), and system integrations.
Valuable understanding of SAP data structures, tables, and system architecture.
Experience in data migration (Migration Cockpit/LSMW) and master data management.
Actively involved in design workshops, driving discussions with business stakeholders and translating requirements into effective SAP solutions.
