As a Principal DevOps Engineer on our Engineering Services team, you will design, deliver, and operate the CI/CD and automation infrastructure that underpins Gigamon’s embedded software products. You will lead the evolution of our continuous integration framework,



partnering closely with cross-functional engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, robust solutions. In this senior role, you will act as a key technical authority for critical engineering tools and workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and adherence to best practices. You will work autonomously to drive improvements in productivity, quality, and release velocity across multiple, overlapping product lines.
What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and maintain CI pipelines using Jenkins, Gerrit, and GitLab for build and test automation of embedded software products.
Champion best practices for CI/CD, SDLC workflows, and quality gates across engineering teams.
Explore, evaluate, and implement new toolsets and optimizations to improve developer productivity and quality control.
Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for key engineering tools, including Gerrit, GitLab, Coverity, JIRA, TestRail, Black Duck, and Artifactory.
