About the Role

WorthSpace is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect to handle residential and commercial projects from concept planning and approvals to detailed drawings and site execution.

The candidate will work closely with clients, interior designers, structural consultants, engineers and site teams to deliver projects as per approved designs, applicable building regulations and WorthSpace quality standards.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements, site conditions and project objectives.
- Develop architectural concepts, space planning and building layouts.
- Prepare working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed architectural drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing and interior requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings required for statutory approvals.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building bye-laws, development authority regulations and relevant codes.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings.
- Resolve architectural and technical issues arising during construction.
- Review drawings, measurements, materials and execution details.
- Coordinate design revisions and obtain client approvals.




- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision control.
- Support estimation, BOQ preparation and material selection where required.
- Ensure projects meet agreed design, quality, budget and timeline requirements.
- Candidate ProfileB.Arch degree from a recognised institution.
- 3–7 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential architecture; commercial experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit/Lumion/3D rendering software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building construction and working drawings.
- Knowledge of local building bye-laws and approval processes preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle projects and site coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Portfolio of completed projects is preferred.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
