- Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation standards
- Supervise Commi 2 & 3 and guide junior staff
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Coordinate with Head Chef for daily operations
Skills Required:
- Robust knowledge of Indian and Tandoor cuisine
- Good knife skills and kitchen discipline
- Ability to handle work pressure
