About the Role

WorthSpace is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior projects from concept development to final execution.

The candidate will work closely with clients, architects, vendors and site teams to deliver high-quality interiors that meet WorthSpace’s premium design and execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget and design preferences.

* Develop concept designs, space planning and interior layouts.

* Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, elevations and detailed drawings.

* Create material, colour, furniture and finish selections.

* Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualisations.

* Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback.

* Prepare working drawings and coordinate with the execution team.

* Coordinate with architects, site engineers, vendors and contractors.

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution matches approved drawings.

* Resolve design-related site issues.

* Assist in material selection, BOQ and estimation.

* Maintain proper documentation of drawings,



revisions and client approvals.

* Ensure projects are delivered within agreed design, quality, budget and timeline parameters.

Candidate Profile

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential interiors.

* Robust understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting and finishes.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3D rendering software is preferred.

* Good knowledge of working drawings and interior detailing.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to understand and manage client expectations.

* Good coordination and site execution skills.

* Strong attention to detail and quality.

* Portfolio of completed projects is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who combines creative design thinking with strong technical and execution skills and can take ownership of a project from the initial concept through final execution.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
