We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. The role involves field visits to schools and preschools, generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools and preschools to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Present and explain company programs to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with schools and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Travel to different cities as required for business development activities.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.




- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with 50–60% field travel.
- Willing to travel to different cities, approximately 2 trips per month.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
