We are looking for a Civil Engineer responsible for end-to-end planning, quantity estimation and execution of construction projects. The candidate will be required to study drawings and project requirements, evaluate and calculate quantities of civil materials such as concrete, steel, brickwork, plaster, flooring and other works, prepare BOQs and project estimates, plan the execution of work step-by-step, assess and recommend suitable materials for better quality and cost efficiency, coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams, monitor site progress and quality, maintain material consumption and reconciliation records, take site measurements, calculate actual/final executed quantities, identify variations and additional works, and prepare and verify contractor/vendor and client bills. Robust knowledge of civil construction, quantity surveying, estimation, billing, rate analysis, MS Excel and drawing interpretation is required, along with good site coordination and problem-solving skills.
