We are looking for a Rubber Testing Executive to support rubber testing, compound development, production planning, and quality activities across the KDJ Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct raw material and rubber compound testing as per Quality Plans.
- Coordinate rubber compound requirements and mixing plans with Production.
- Analyse rejection, rework, kneader and mixing mill reports.
- Manage rubber and rubber chemical inventory and procurement coordination.
- Support current compound development and optimization of cost and properties.
- Maintain MIS for testing, inventory, compound development and rejection analysis.
- Follow ISO, 5S and quality systems.
- Participate in job rotation across Production, Planning and QA functions.
Qualification: B. Sc. / M. Sc Chemistry or equivalent
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Scope: Responsibilities may extend across all companies of the KDJ Group.
