Job SummaryWe are looking for a Bouncer who can perform regular bouncer duties as well as handle the recruitment and hiring of security guards and bouncers for our facility management and real estate operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining security and discipline at assigned locations while also sourcing, screening, and arranging suitable security manpower as per company and site requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBouncer & Security DutiesPerform bouncer duties at assigned residential, commercial, or real estate sites.
- Maintain discipline, security, and a safe environment at the premises.
- Handle unauthorized entry, disputes, crowd management, and security-related situations.
- Monitor visitors, residents, staff, vendors, and other individuals as required.
- Respond quickly and professionally during emergencies or incidents.
- Maintain a strong and alert presence at the assigned site.
- Recruitment & Manpower HiringSource and recruit security guards, bouncers, security supervisors, and other security manpower.
- Build and maintain a reliable database/network of security guards and bouncers.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates.
- Arrange manpower as per requirements of residential societies, commercial properties, and real estate sites.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations for joining, deployment, replacement, and manpower requirements.




- Maintain a ready pool of candidates for urgent security manpower requirements.
- Follow up with candidates until joining and deployment.
- Arrange immediate replacement in case of absenteeism or manpower shortage.
- Site & Team CoordinationCoordinate with Facility Managers, Site Supervisors, HR, and Operations teams.
- Understand site-wise manpower requirements and arrange suitable candidates.
- Support the team during urgent manpower requirements at different sites.
- Ensure deployed security personnel maintain proper discipline, grooming, uniform, and professional behaviour.
- Candidate Requirements2–5 years of prior experience as a Bouncer is preferred.
- Must be physically fit, confident, alert, and disciplined.
- Should have good contacts/network for security guard and bouncer hiring.
- Previous experience in recruitment or manpower sourcing will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and people-handling skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and manage people effectively.
- Willing to perform both field bouncer duties and recruitment/hiring responsibilities.
- Experience in facility management, residential societies, commercial properties, hotels, events, or real estate sites will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable with field visits and urgent manpower requirements.
