Role: Back End Developer

Job Summary
We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and be based in Chennai. The role involves backend development, customization, integrations, and platform enhancements while following ServiceNow best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM

Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer

Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server

Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

Support testing, deployment, and post -production activities





Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards and best practices

Solid analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills
