Job Description :
Responsible for daily production planning and achieving targets as per schedule.
Manage contract labour and ensure smooth shift operations.
Coordinate with SCM for timely availability of materials.
Raise MRS to stores and ensure material availability on shopfloor in time.
Perform SAP declarations and maintain accurate production data.
Achieve PI and CPU targets through effective monitoring.
Drive automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to kit and filter plans for the main line.
Maintain smooth plant operations through cross-functional coordination.
Ensure 100% schedule adherence as per production plan.
Train workers on safety practices and ensure compliance.
Desired Qualification & Age
Diploma in Mechanical Engg.
Desired Experience
2~3 Years experience in production deptt in consumer durable industry
