- Maintain stock of plastic rm.

- As per planning maintain printing foils / packing materials/packing assembly for smooth despatch.

- Pre-planned to maintain plastic container/drums/lids/caps/locks.

- Maintain all types of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic spare parts to save down time.

- All types of quality testing such as colour variation, drop test, fitment test, mfi test,



wall thickness test etc.

- Solve all breakdown of equipment and mould also.

- Maintain input and output ratio for cost saving.

- Input raw material unloading and instruct to prepare batch wise.

- Coordinating with ho. And management for productivity, dispatch, export planning etc.

- MIS report, work/operation in line with sop, training on soft floor.

- Maintain departmental inventory within norms.

- Maintain harmonious relationship with workman, subordinates.

- OT reduction by proper sanction of leave

- Maintain goods inter departmental relations.

- Near miss case reporting

- Zero first aid cases
