A Legal Triage associate is responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and prioritizing incoming legal matters and assigning them to the appropriate legal professionals or departments. They act as the first point of contact in legal operations, ensuring efficient and accurate case routing, the next step would be creating PDFs, Document review wherein associates needs to review the detailed legal documents, categorize and create a bundle of appropriate documents and get ready for dispatch.

Responsibilities

Document review wherein associates needs to review the detailed legal documents, categorize and create a bundle of appropriate documents and get ready for dispatch.
- Demonstrate solid working knowledge of Legal document review
- The reviewer must understand key litigation stages and typical responsibilities of each timekeeper level.
- Partner with legal, claims, and litigation teams to support the review & dispatch
- Exposure to litigation process and legal documentation
- Ability to effectively work using desktop computer systems, especially Microsoft Office with prior experience of working on client’s interface/tool
- Awareness of processes like e-discovery & document review

Qualifications

A law graduate (LL.B.) from a reputed university (minimum).
