Eligibility & Requirements:
Mandatory Qualifications
- PhD in relevant discipline from a reputed / globally recognized institution
- MBA / PGDM with an excellent academic track record
- Minimum 3–5 years (Assistant Professor) / 8+ years (Associate Professor) of full-time teaching and/or research experience at reputed institutions in India or abroad

Research & Academic Credentials:




- Strong research publications in Scopus / WOS / ABDC / UGC-Care indexed journals
- Active involvement in research, case writing, funded projects, or consultancy will be an advantage
- Experience in curriculum design, outcome-based education (OBE), NBA/NAAC processes is highly desirable

Additional Value (Robust Advantage):
- UGC-NET / SET qualification
- Proven exposure to academic administration, program leadership, or accreditation activities
- Ability to handle industry-integrated MBA programs, analytics tools, ERP / SCM software, or financial modelling platforms
