Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect for the role of Associate – Retail & Hotel Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail & Hotel Architecture and extensive hands-on experience with AutoCAD / Revit. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for Retail & Hotel projects, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations, technical accuracy, and design excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
- Lead the complete design process for Retail & Hotel projects—from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
- Develop creative, functional, and innovative design solutions that align with client requirements, project goals, and budget parameters.
- Ensure all designs meet client vision, regulatory guidelines,



local building codes, and industry best practices.

Project Coordination & Management
- Oversee and coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants such as engineers and planners.
- Manage the preparation of exact architectural drawings and documentation in accordance with project standards.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Foster a collaborative design environment that supports innovation without compromising design integrity.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

Technical Expertise & AutoCAD / Revit Proficiency
- Produce high-quality architectural drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings—using AutoCAD.
- Review and ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of drawings prepared by the team.
