Role Description:
The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Dolphy’s B2B customer base.



This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will track performance metrics, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and represent Dolphy at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities. This role also contributes to strategic planning by gathering market insights and recommending initiatives to strengthen Dolphy’s presence in the Chennai region and beyond.
