- Enable cross-functional teams to build a robust understanding of the UBS business model, channels, products, and execution requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration.n
- Build and manage a centralized knowledge repository covering UBS processes, products, best practices, case studies, and training content.n
- Leverage field insights, customer feedback, and business performance data to identify capability gaps and implement targeted interventions.n
- Establish measurement mechanisms and KPIs to evaluate learning effectiveness and its impact on business performance.n
- Lead and develop a team responsible for capability-building initiatives, ensuring high standards of execution and continuous improvement.n
- Undertake regular market visits to understand business challenges, assess capability needs,



and coach stakeholders across regions.n
- Serve as the capability partner for the UBS business, working closely with leadership to align capability-building initiatives with business priorities and growth objectives.n
- Own the learning and development agenda for the UBS team, including Retail Executives, regional teams, and other business stakeholders.n
- Drive capability enhancement across channel partners to improve store productivity, customer experience, category management, and sales effectiveness.n
- Develop and execute training interventions on UBS formats, product categories, retail best practices, store operations, and customer engagement.n
