Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager SEO to improve organic traffic, search rankings, website visibility, and conversions. The candidate will manage SEO activities while guiding a small SEO team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies for organic growth.
- Manage Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Handle content optimization, internal linking, and link-building activities.
- Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, and website performance.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs,



and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior SEO team members.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- 1–2 years of team-handling/supervisory experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, link building, SEO analytics, and website audits.
- Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
