nJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Senior Project Manager with strong experience in the Core Banking domain and a solid technical foundation in Java/J2EE.
nThe ideal candidate should have started their career in Java/J2EE application development, technical leadership, or software engineering and subsequently moved into Project/Program Management or Delivery Management.
nThe candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale banking technology programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

- Lead and manage end-to-end Core Banking technology programs from initiation through implementation and production rollout.n




- Manage project planning, scope, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets.n
- Work closely with business, technology, architecture, product and vendor teams.n
- Drive Core Banking transformation / implementation / modernization initiatives.n
- Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting and executive communication.n
- Track RAID – Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and drive mitigation plans.n
- Coordinate multiple technology teams working on Java/J2EE, APIs, microservices, databases and integration platforms.n
- Understand technical architecture and provide effective coordination between business and engineering teams.n
- Manage application development, integration, testing, UAT, deployment and Go-Live activities.n
- Coordinate with banking stakeholders across areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Loans, CASA, Payments and Digital Banking.
