About the Rolen We are looking for a Creative Head to take complete ownership of our Creative, Interior, Branding, and Marketing functions. This is a key startup leadership role where you will build and manage the teams and shape the overall look, feel, and positioning of our properties.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Lead and manage the Marketing and Interior teams, including architects, interior designers, creatives, and vendors.
n Develop the creative concept, theme, and overall aesthetic for new and existing properties.
n Oversee the complete interior journey from concept → design → execution → styling.
n Lead the company's marketing strategy, branding, social media, content, campaigns, and property launches.
n Manage photographers, designers, agencies, influencers, and other creative partners.
n Ensure Airbnb and other OTA listings have strong visual presentation and branding.
n Research hospitality, interior, and marketing trends and bring innovative ideas to the business.
n Build processes and teams from scratch as the company grows.




n Work closely with the founders and operations/revenue teams to drive bookings, occupancy, brand visibility, and guest experience.
n Requirementsn n 5- 7 years of experience in Creative, Marketing, Interior Design, Hospitality, Airbnb, Hotels, or related fields.
n Strong creative and visual sense with an understanding of interiors and branding.
n Proven experience managing teams and multiple projects.
n Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media.
n Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
n Ability to manage architects, designers, marketers, vendors, and external agencies.
n Hospitality/Airbnb experience is a strong plus.
