JOB DESCRIPTION – VOCATIONAL INSTRUCTOR
1. Role Summary
The Vocational Instructor is responsible for assessing students’ abilities, delivering skill -based training, and supporting their overall development through structured vocational programs.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ learning abilities, interests, and skill levels
- Plan and deliver vocational skill training sessions
- Provide hands -on practical training to enhance employability skills
- Track and evaluate student progress regularly
- Maintain proper documentation, including progress reports and training records
- Manage student behavior and ensure a positive learning setting

Additional Responsibilities
- Adapt training methods based on individual student needs
- Encourage participation and skill development
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team when required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in vocational training or special education
