Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month (based on skills and performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hardware Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our cutting-edge engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of hardware components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop embedded hardware systems using microcontrollers, PCB layout, and digital circuits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software and hardware components of electronic devices.
- Conduct testing and debugging of designed products to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop technical documentation for designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.

- Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and test hardware components and systems.
- Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using advanced CAD tools.
- Select and source appropriate components and materials for hardware designs.
- Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware issues through debugging and troubleshooting.




- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for hardware designs, test procedures, and validation results.
- Generate technical reports and documentation to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Project Management:
- Manage hardware development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and manufacturing teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality and performance.

Skills and Experience:

- 2 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) for schematic design and PCB layout.
- Experience with hardware testing and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeters).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge on microcontroller and communication protocol such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, RS232, WIFI etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
