Role Description The Dispatch and Logistics Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This team member coordinates daily dispatch operations, including planning shipments, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery to domestic and international clients. Responsibilities include managing logistics partners, tracking consignments, optimizing routes and costs, and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems.



The role also involves close coordination with the sales and sourcing teams, addressing customer queries related to dispatch and delivery, and resolving operational issues to support smooth supply chain performance. The executive is expected to follow company standards, comply with regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Qualifications
Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, including shipment planning, tracking, and coordination.
Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client inquiries, provide shipment updates, and collaborate with internal teams.
Sales support capabilities to align dispatch priorities with order requirements and assist the sales team with delivery-related information.
Ability to work with logistics software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools; attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
