Position Description
We are looking for an experienced ELK Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana. The candidate should have experience in log management, monitoring, data ingestion, parsing, and dashboard creation. Strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, REST APIs, scripting (Python/Shell), troubleshooting, and performance tuning is required. Experience with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a plus.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK) environments.
Develop and maintain Logstash pipelines for log collection, parsing, and data transformation.
Create and manage Kibana dashboards, visualizations, and alerts.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Elasticsearch clusters.
Implement log monitoring and centralized logging solutions across applications and infrastructure.
Work with development and DevOps teams to integrate logging with applications and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
Experience with Shell/Python scripting and log parsing.
Understanding of Elasticsearch indexing, shards, replicas, and cluster management.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms is a plus.
Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
