Role Description The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the IMS centre ensuring a smooth learning and service experience for all students and stakeholders. This full-time, on-site role includes managing staff schedules and performance, coordinating classes and events, and maintaining high standards of customer service and academic delivery. The Centre Manager monitors admissions, sales, and revenue targets, implements local marketing activities, and builds relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners. The role also involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining compliance with organizational policies, and ensuring the centre’s infrastructure and resources are well maintained. The Centre Manager collaborates with central teams to execute initiatives, share performance reports, and continuously improve centre effectiveness.
