Role Description The Technology Operations Manager is a part-time, hybrid based in Srinagar, responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and operational workflows of the law chambers. This role includes managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring systems uptime, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting legal staff with hardware, software, and case management tools. The Technology Operations Manager will optimize processes, monitor performance metrics,



and align technology initiatives with the chambers’ operational and strategic goals. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing upgrades, managing projects related to system improvements, documenting procedures, and ensuring data security and compliance. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to identify operational risks, drive continuous improvement, and support training for team members on technology tools and best practices.
Qualifications
