Company Description Anjora Lighting is an independent consultancy specializing in bespoke architectural and façade lighting projects across India. Based in Jaipur, the team of designers and engineers delivers customized lighting solutions for luxury homes, hospitality spaces, clubs, cafés, landscapes, townships, and commercial interiors. The consultancy provides end-to-end services, including concept design, technical detailing, and precise on-site execution. Anjora Lighting focuses on performance-driven lighting that transforms spaces while meeting aesthetic, functional, and energy-efficiency goals.
Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Anjora Lighting’s presence in key market segments. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, meeting with architects, designers, developers, and property owners, and presenting tailored lighting solutions aligned with client needs. The BDM will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts,



coordinate closely with design and technical teams, and follow up to ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction. The role also includes researching market trends, attending industry events, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally within lighting, architecture, interiors, construction, or related design-led industries.
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand project requirements, and communicate solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Solid presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with confidence in conducting in-person meetings, site visits, and formal proposal discussions.
