Role Description The Business Development Executive (BDE) role at Spring Raise Services is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The BDE is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and online research. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close deals.



The BDE collaborates with internal teams to understand client needs, align solutions, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the sales pipeline, updating CRM or tracking tools, preparing reports for management, and meeting defined sales and activity targets.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
Ability to build and manage client relationships, conduct qualified meetings, and present services clearly.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
Comfort with basic CRM or sales tracking tools, and ability to use online platforms for research and outreach.
