Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate, based in the Pune Division with flexibility for some work from home. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective institutional and individual customers,



conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present SynCursor’s platform and offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals in line with revenue targets and commission structures. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance metrics, and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to refine messaging and gather customer feedback. This position also includes attending local events or meetings when needed to build relationships, expand the customer network, and represent SynCursor professionally.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
