Role Description: The Sales Engineer role is full-time. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting technical product presentations and demonstrations, and recommending surface-finishing solutions tailored to each client’s needs.



The Sales Engineer will prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin targets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the engineering and production teams to address technical queries, coordinating trials or samples, and ensuring timely order execution and after-sales support. The role also requires regular customer visits in the region, market research on competitors and industry trends, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.

Qualifications
Solid technical understanding of industrial machinery, abrasive tools, and surface finishing processes, with the ability to translate technical features into practical customer benefits.
