Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant Workday experience, with solid hands-on expertise in integration development, technical design, coding, and code reviews.
Ability to develop and maintain technical/design specifications, perform code reviews, define integration strategies, and support complex data conversion and migration activities.
Strong understanding of how Workday HCM/HR integrates with other functional modules and external systems.
Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Benefits Connectors, and Payroll Connectors.
Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields, XSLT, XML, Web Services, and Workday integration technologies.
Experience developing and supporting Workday Studio integrations and PECI Payroll integrations.
Experience with Workday PRISM is required.
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, analyze data flows, and ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between Workday and downstream/upstream systems.
