The Job Role
LoansJagat.com is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Customer Relationship Advisor to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert hot leads into successful customers. This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by performance-based incentives and are comfortable working in a high-incentive, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Work on hot and qualified leads provided by the company.
Connect with customers over calls,



understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
Generate conversions through effective calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and relationship management.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales, specifically in the financial services industry.
Experience in selling any of the following products will be preferred: Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Pre-approved Loans, Overdraft / Credit Products etc.
