Role Description The HR Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR policies and procedures, managing payroll and attendance data in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.



The role involves supporting managers with workforce planning, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and conducting training and development programs. The HR Manager will also contribute to organizational culture initiatives, health and safety awareness, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
