As a Convo & Agentic AI Developer-Associate, you will engage in designing and deploying AI systems that transform raw data into actionable insights, driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will leverage advanced technologies to develop robust data solutions for clients, enabling informed decision-making. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others,



and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to create scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain intents, entities, dialog flows, and NLU models for voicebots/chatbots on one or more CCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Five9, Avaya, Twilio Flex).
