About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer / Consultant with 8+ Years IT Experience and 5+ Years Workday Integration experience. Strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs to deliver scalable integration solutions across HCM, Payroll, Advantages, and Financials.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Build and maintain inbound/outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
Support integration testing, deployments, and Workday release activities.
Create and maintain technical design, deployment, and support documentation.





Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Web Services.
Experience integrating Workday with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, or Finance systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Integration Certification and/or Studio Certification.
Experience with global Workday implementations and support.
Knowledge of API-led architecture and cloud integration patterns.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice To Have

Workday Extend exposure, Prism Analytics, Workday Security, Azure/AWS integration experience.
